Panacea Inc. was created several years ago by a few members of the Augusta community, including Paul Fischer, Tariq's father.  Panacea Inc. is a real estate company which has purchased land for a new Masjid and inter-faith community center to be built on over the next twenty years. 

For Tariq and Imran, it was a dream to see this community center in Augusta, to work there, to play there, and to pray there.  They envisioned bringing friends of all races and religions to the center, holding interfaith sports tournaments, and reaping all the benefits of a center created for work and play.   

The name of the company was coined by Tariq.  The definition of the word panacea is a remedy for all diseases or a cure-all.  The idea of an inter-faith community center was driven by the desire to have a center where The Panacea fund was started when we lost Imran, Tariq, and Ebad in a tragic accident on July 13th, 2005.  All donations will go towards the design and construction of the new inter-faith community center.
